The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting the UConn area, with spacious and clean rooms. The friendly staff offer excellent service, although some areas like customer service could be improved. Dining options are good, but breakfast timing can be a bit off. Overall, a great value for a stay near UCONN.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, some amenities didn't quite justify the higher price tag. The staff, however, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the stay more pleasant overall. The location was convenient for visiting the UConn area, but the breakfast service could be slow due to short staffing.
The hotel is conveniently located on the Flagship campus of the University of Connecticut, which is perfect for visiting UCONN and the Storrs CT area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, albeit a bit limited in fitness equipment. The service was friendly and helpful, although some staff could benefit from more training. Dining options were satisfactory, and the facilities, while decent, could use some upgrades.
